Terms of Service for birdvirus bot

Effective Date: July 2026

By inviting the birdvirus bot application to your Discord server or interacting with its features, you agree to these terms:

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to intentionally spam, exploit, or attempt to crash the bot's command handling infrastructure.
• Channel Context & Privacy Notice: By running AI features in a channel, you acknowledge that the bot scans recent channel message history to form its response. A server command to toggle this feature on or off is currently under development.
• Service Availability: The bot is provided on an "as-is" basis. The developers make no guarantees regarding uptime, response latency, or the continuous availability of specific features.
• Termination: The developers reserve the right to restrict access or blacklist specific users or servers from using the bot if these terms are violated.
